Join us for the 4th Annual International Women’s Day Global Recovery Event – March 8th, 2025!
New this year: Open call for speakers and live event! This global recovery advocacy event brings together women’s voices from around the world. We’re welcoming new partner organizations and simplifying participation.
This event is proudly supported by Circle of Chairs, Recovery Collective Online, Meghann Perry Group, McShin Foundation, Young People in Recovery, Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR), Massachusetts Organization for Addiction Recovery (MOAR), the Global Family Recovery Alliance, and more organizations and partners to be announced soon!
The event focuses on women’s addiction and mental health recovery, aiming to reduce stigma and inspire community action. This year features:
- Local Impact: Expanding our reach to include live events at local communities, with this year’s LIVE EVENT being announced soon.
- Community Participation: Encouraging women to share their stories through our new submission process in January.
- Calls to Action: Building on previous events to inspire actionable steps for community involvement.
- Stigma Reduction: Facilitating evidence-based activities to reduce stigma and foster personal connections with those with lived recovery experiences.
